Guidelines for using Easter Resources
Session One – SERVE – Jesus washes the disciples feet
Session Two – FEAST- Jesus shares the Passover meal with his friends
Session Three – FEARFUL – the Garden of Gethsemane
Session Four – BETRAYED – Peter denies Jesus
Session Five – INNOCENT – Jesus is put on trial
Session Six -SADNESS – Jesus dies on the cross
Session Seven – JOY – Jesus is alive!
All the files are downloadable individually, or with all of the session’s files in one zipped file.

Palm Sunday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday family-friendly rhyming poems
Emma Perkins is a freelance sessional youth and children’s worker, based in York with almost 10 years professional experience working in varied contexts of church ministry. She is married to Mike, a vicar, and is passionate about resourcing churches to support and grow their youth and children’s ministries and to engage in acts of all-together, all-age worship.
Following on from a successful Scratch Nativity resource released last year, she has written three poems to support churches this Easter. Available to download are family-friendly rhyming poems sharing the stories of Palm Sunday (Luke 19:28-40), Good Friday (John 18 and 19) and Easter Sunday (Luke 20:1-18), with suggested props and actions (signs) for the Good Friday and Easter Sunday poems respectively. They are written to be used as alternative, interactive readings for services and events, but are intended to be flexible and adaptable, to suit a wide variety of contexts and especially for those who may have limited resources.
